On the subject of Chrome sets, why can't I buy them in the UK. All the stuff I get from Shop at Home appears to come from Germany anyway, so why can't they ship these particular sets to Britain. Ive got to order them from 3rd parties at hugely (...) (23 years ago, 3-May-01, to lugnet.lego)

What UK stores have the Chrome sets. I haven't seen amy about. btw. TRU in Peterborough (who incidentally seem to have the best selection of Lego anywhere Ive seen -better than the Cardiff store which sucks anyhow) has a fair few Fright Knight sets (...) Just been to the Entertainer and TRU in Cardiff and they both say they are no longer stocking Castle Lego the guy at TRU said it was due to product line refocusing. Now I know the sort of people who work in toy shops - I worked in one for a few (...) (23 years ago, 9-May-01, to lugnet.castle)

I'll have to count em up. (I have more wolfpack shields than I'll ever need suddenly) Wolfpack holds a special place for me as it came out just after I'd stopped buying Lego. Theyv'e got a trebuchet in the grounds of Caerphilly Castle, down the road from my house (along with a ballista (Arbalist) and Mangonel) They fire it into the moat and the shockwave from the stones kills lots of fish I dont think you'd get a heavy (...) I think the idea of no military sets extended to plausible reality. The space and medieval / fantasy are far enough removed from reality the adventure sets have dinosaurs / mummies and although they are around the right period they are not actuallty (...) Ok lets rephrase this. Obviously they are castles - that is self evident :) do you however consider it part of the Castle Lego line or part of the Castle Ninja line Certainly is better than fright knights. "Bruce Schlickbernd" (...) (23 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.castle)
