Re: Announcement: New jambalya...who wants it?

This box (started by Christopher Weeks) has sort of fallen through the cracks in this group - probably because none of the people who've received it (3 now I think) have posted anything about it! First off, sign me up for this puppy again! It's (...) (25 years ago, 12-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

  Second BayLUG get-together (8/99) summary

The Fremont Library continued to be a fine place for a public meeting. This time, we found the room set up with only two tables, and lots of chairs facing the windows, so we learned two things; - where the tables are kept, if we need more ;-) - (...)   Yellow Bandanas

H'llo, Does anyone know if yellow bandanas exist? I'm talking about the kind that debuted with Wild West. I'm beginning to start a rather large minifig project and need a couple. They wouldn't happen to be available in red either, would they? (...) (25 years ago, 16-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: What are the most valuable Service Packs?

(...) Yes, those 2 (each) red, yellow and black pieces are the ones I'm talking about. No they aren't labelled as unique in any catalog. I was only trying to make a point that if you decided (like I did) to make a Thatcher Perkins from scratch (...) (25 years ago, 12-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: New version of BlockCAD released - 1.8

I finally checked this out, and I like it. It's a much faster way to get the studs-up parts of your LDraw project started. I'm also going to test this out on my kids, who don't have quite enough patience to use LEdit. A couple of comments: 1. The (...) (25 years ago, 13-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Do y'all think that the lack of a play area helped the kids be a bit more under control too? Note that I am not against the play area idea: on the contrary I'm for it. I'm just asking if it's true in your opinion. A play area might be a (...) (25 years ago, 12-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)
