I'd built a few smaller ones myself and they hadn't worked and ended up getting recycled. It was something I'd meant to do since I first saw the stained glass piece. It took a few photos to get the lighting inside acceptable. It produced some really (...) (23 years ago, 8-Nov-01, to lugnet.castle)

Thats what I got for buying lots of chrome castle sets loads of blue spires. It wasnt originally intended to have them but they looked kinda good on it and stopped them filling up a drawer. I guess this was the point of the studios line in the first place. low risk movie tie-ins. They can add a small number of sets to the studio's line and see how they do without a full blown HP or SW type licencing affair. If the sets do really well, (...) It's certainly very well made if its not Lego Could it be a prototype for a never released set ?? the batlord helmets (sans wings) looked well done too, OK they could have been sprayed, but didn't look it It's odd if the visor was scratch built as (...) The Asda near where I work has a similar red cardboard affair with similar stock, thousands of (expensive) freestyle buckets and a harry potter display that has been there almost a week, but still has no prices on any of the sets - hence they havent (...)
