I guess this was the point of the studios line in the first place. low risk
movie tie-ins. They can add a small number of sets to the studio's line and
see how they do without a full blown HP or SW type licencing affair. If the
sets do really well, (like i assume the JP3 ones didn't) they could risk a
full lineup.
Interestingly I'd assumed studios to have signed some sort of deal with
Universal but Spiderman is Sony/Columbia
