| | Meijers in Grand Rapids
| (...) I'm glad to hear this. My wife and I are going to be spending Christmas with her family in Sparta, and I told my wife two days ago that I was going to be making a trip to that very Meijers. In fact, I think that I have stopped at that store (...) (25 years ago, 13-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

| | LEGOdometer
| As is my tendency, heres an absurdly long treatise describing the development of a LEGO Train Odometer Car (a.k.a. the LEGOdometer). (URL) A Little Background. After religiously attending them for several years, I stopped going to LEGO train (...) (16 years ago, 4-Aug-08, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.technic, lugnet.trains, FTX) !!

| | Re: California LEGO Convention?
| (...) I like the idea. Sure, southern California has LL-CA but it doesn't have that "in the middle" quality that northern California has. There are various LUGs & LTCs in the far south and far north of the western US but northern California has a (...) (16 years ago, 31-Jul-08, to lugnet.events)

| | Analyzing a Lego model in a newspaper article
| Reading the newspaper today, I noticed a an article completely unrelated to Lego, yet with a very strange Lego model shown. Hopefully I am posting this to the correct spot, but if not, many will see it on Brickshelf. Anyway, the article was about (...) (24 years ago, 24-Dec-00, to lugnet.space)

| | Re: Lego and Disney, a continued future?
| Ahui makes some good and persuasive points, but I have a few counter arguements. First, the Disney toy monorail SUCKS! It's clear though that Disney is open to the posibility of features of the park being modeled in toy stature. By the way, a little (...) (22 years ago, 5-Jun-02, to lugnet.general)
