Dan, I wouldn't have argued it quite that way, but then I wouldn't have been so eloquent. On the human mind and simulation (mimicry) of it, I have three observations: Intelligent behavior has a goal (easy to mimic) Intelligence has an agenda (not (...) Thx for the response! Here is some more background information about the project. It’s part of a course in Digital design with VHDL (that is why I use a FPGA).   COLTC display at "Our lady of the Snows"
 
About 5 weeks ago COLTC was approached to do a layout for the Shrine of our Lady of the Snows, in Belleville Illinois. This is a part of the Way of Lights, and part of the Lego display. The display is open to the public from 5-10 PM each day from (...) (21 years ago, 16-Nov-03, to lugnet.town, lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.events, lugnet.trains) !!

Personally, I believe that the discussions on business models for TLG are a bit off key. Lego already has solid products, and sells to a defined market segment. I was looking at some Lego train creations recently & was thinking about how the sloped brick 'lines' on the trains were well done.
