(...) Fred Meyer stores are having a Buy 2, get 1 free sale this week. I am thinking of picking up 2 or 3 of these sets on Wednesday. If you are interested, and don't mind not having the box (I'll probably be deboxing them for packing), I'd be happy (...) (18 years ago, 22-Aug-06, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Now lets see what sort of peices they offer. I've been less that thrilled with the previous selections. I can hear bricklink dealers shuttering around the world. (19 years ago, 9-Apr-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

(...) Thank you Jonathan and Fred. There's no steering mechanism, the wheels are just posable. Here's the trick: (URL) You'll need to add a 2x2 plate underneath to make it more sturdy. Neat mech Eric. Just one thing, don't you think the positioning of the crane and the lights and where cargo ends up is a little, um, suspect? :) No Bob, you get the hot load. No really Fred, I insist, YOU get the hot load. But I get it, the crane is (...) (19 years ago, 27-Apr-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Now, as for Fred Phelps and Eric Rudolph, they are clearly deranged and insane. So write (...) (19 years ago, 9-Feb-06, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

Kmart Shelf signage (adjacent to 8874/8875 and 7475) indicated that Lego sets in the $19.99--$24.99 price range were on sale for $14.99. The only such set I scanned, 4762, was still at $19.99.
