  Re: anybody here?

I'm in Vancouver...went to the traveling show at Waterfront Park the other weekend. Lame. I just don't go for those big sculpted type models where it might as well be plaster. We all know that can be done- I want to see models more like the various (...) (26 years ago, 7-Oct-98, to lugnet.loc.us.or.por)

  RE: IR outputB

The software written by Max Davies should allow transmission as well as receiving. The information that I have doesn't include the hardware layout but as far as I understand the 1K resistor in the IR transmission circuit on the board should allow an (...) Thanks, Ron. I think... I've got to quit reading lugnet.market or I'm going to have to find a second job to pay for all the LEGO I've been buying.   Re: Vegemite Virgin

(...) All this talk of bread, toast... rubbish! Trust it to be down to Mike the leicester-boy to point out the true Australian way to eat vegemite... First, take a weetbix biscuit. Weetabix with an 'a' is not allowed, not Australian. Then, spread on (...) (23 years ago, 19-Feb-02, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Re: More K-Mart stores to close

(...) I'd be sad to see K-Mart go. I've purchased quite a bit of stuff at their BOGOs. I agree that they're pretty messy at times, but sometimes that just means interesting finds (I found an Exploriens set at my neighborhood K-Mart last week - I (...)   RE: Motor control

Well if you believe in encapsulation it should be 0 to 100.0 %, then the implementation of the motor speed control could give its best effort in that regard. One of the things I hope to do on my Handyboard is set it up to run two of my PIC motor (...) (29 years ago, 18-Mar-96, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Re: loading files with IC

In fact, that's weird.. I can't answer to that. To me, I'm pretty sure that IC would have gave me an error, like when I try to load a C program without having loaded the ICB containing the special function used by this C program. For example, i (...) (26 years ago, 22-Apr-98, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

Ever since I saw the 2000 catalog, I haven't been able to get this out of my head. This is off-topic (Y2k-wise) and completely tasteless, but how about: #1812 Alive! (250 pieces) Set includes complete soccer team (some as skeletons), airplane (...) (25 years ago, 23-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)
