| Theyv'e got a trebuchet in the grounds of Caerphilly Castle, down the road from my house (along with a ballista (Arbalist) and Mangonel) They fire it into the moat and the shockwave from the stones kills lots of fish I dont think you'd get a heavy (...) (23 years ago, 18-May-01, to lugnet.castle)

| I think the idea of no military sets extended to plausible reality. The space and medieval / fantasy are far enough removed from reality the adventure sets have dinosaurs / mummies and although they are around the right period they are not actuallty (...) | you have to realise that most of the AFOL don't want a collectors market. It drives the price up and encourages speculation on prices. | OK I wont argue. I would *love* new sets along the design and concepts of the Guarded Inn. Yes new sets of a modular design and in keeping with the feel of the mid - late 80's sets is what I dream of. But IF sales of this set exceed TLC's (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jun-01, to lugnet.castle)
