Usually a minifig counts as 3 pieces: 1 head/torso 1 set of legs 1 helmet/hairpiece I seem to recall that visors are counted, but extra pieces aren't always counted, so if there's an extra visor, they may or may not be counted as 2 pieces. (...) I just checked two of mine. For both of them, the top edge of the brown was even with the top edge of the yellow. (...) I just dug ot my 6769 instructions... The head was on the Officer with the double-breasted shirt and black pants. It was sunstituted for the handlebar mustache/beard head.
