Very cool to see you around .space again, Jamie! These Crimson Skies mocs are pure fun. Sweet! I love this. It's a floating tank that flies. I've been completely out of the LEGO scene for months, and I'm playing catch up now. Jamie I love these planes! All of them! IMO they are the best Crimson Skies MOCs I saw. I like the fact that the 2 new ones share the same wing architecture, it gives them the family link they need. Well here is my shot at a plane. From their hidden base in the Rockies of Canada come a band of Air Pirates called: The Northern Knights. They wage combat in the Avro F202 "Tornado" fighter. Here's my first stab at a Crimson Skies MOC--haven't played the game, but I've really enjoyed looking at the official place designs & various MOCs. Another Crimson Skies-inspired MOC: The Headhunter is a unique airplane. Famed air pirate Jack "Jolly" Rogers built and rebuilt this plane around a "borrowed" Curtiss prototype airframe; he named it the "Headhunter" because of his unique habit of, (...)   Mini-fig scale P-51 Mustang Moc
 
I've finally finished my newest P-51 MOC. It is built at minifig scale of 1 stud = 1 foot. I tried really hard with this MOC to make it as accurate to scale as I could. I think this sort of qualifies as Crimson Skies, though it turned out a wee bit too futuristic. Your Kestrel puts me in the mind of a godawfully effective psuedo-fighter more than anything (Psuedo-fighter, a plane about the size of a small bomber, or overly large fighter, more heavily armed, normally somewhat faster and usually only slightly (...)
