  Re: the latest news

(...) Except for the fact that the message-group filter isn't applied there, it's actually working perfectly well, IMHO. The ratings are, in the final analysis, recommendations-to-read.   Re: History of LEGO Windows...revisited

Well, maybe, maybe not. :-) It is one of those gray areas. Do I include car windows? Such as the 2x4x1.666 (the 1 brick and 2 plates high) double sided car windshields from the 70's? And then there's the clear bricks used as windows in the #310 Esso (...) (25 years ago, 5-May-00, to lugnet.general)

  K-Mart 15% off everything tomorrow

I think the subject says it all...looks like we're getting down to the last sales pre GST. As a warning, I'd be expecting some major 'stocktake sales' towards the end of the month, as shops try to clear as much stock as possible before the GST (...) (24 years ago, 4-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Re: So where is Brad's answer to the 2001 info?

(...) Well, I'm fairly certain that it doesn't matter much to Lego (in the short term anyway) if you pay full retail price at Wal-Mart or wait for WM to drop them to 50% off to clear them off the shelf. Wal-Mart paid for the sets up front, so the (...) (24 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)
