| | Re: Question on Train Wheel Diameter, Minifig Scale
|
| (...) Well, I have not done any math, and it seems clear that LEGO train wheels are somewhat undersized. Nonetheless I haven't noticed an aesthetic issue. Here is why I think that is the case. Unless you take apart your wheels, the shape of the (...) (20 years ago, 20-Apr-05, to lugnet.trains)

| | Re: The Millenium Falcon

| (...) Matt, This was a pleasure to see in person. I really like the use of clear thinwalls on the medium blue plates for the engine. In the front, the recessed greeble areas are very nice. I noticed that the side hatches are not functional, was (...) (19 years ago, 25-May-05, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

| (...) I think that, yes, your bias is clouding your judgment, because it is obviously clear why he went 8 wide to model this train-- because he totally nails the look and feel of the proto by doing it. Compare it to his 6 wide version. There is no (...) (19 years ago, 27-Feb-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

| (...) Hi Brian, thank you very much for the explanation. So on the LUGMap, I can clear both, CedarLUG and WAFOL to create ULUG? Do you need a LUGNET newsgroup for ULUG? Probably it would help to get more members, since the only thing I found on the (...) (18 years ago, 13-Nov-06, to lugnet.org, lugnet.org.us.wafol, FTX)

| | How LEGO FACTORY can stimulate AFOL interest (and sales).
|
