Leaning Tower of Pisa out made of LEGO bricks

Architectural Engineering Students Build the Leaning Tower of Pisa On Wednesday morning, a group of ten engineering students from MSOE put the finishing touches on a five-foot-tall replica of the Leaning Tower of Pisa — made entirely out of LEGO.   May

Wow; looks like I missed May. So, a quick recap of May: We decided to recreate Rice Park in St. Paul, MN, complete with The St. Paul Library, The Landmark Center, and, of course, the Ordway Theater. I've already nearly completed the library; just a (...) (13 years ago, 2-Jun-11, to lugnet.trains.org.tcltc, FTX)

(...) I *still* haven't got more track for my one little 9V oval, and I'm now in a 2200sq. ft. house with a room with a nice bare 14'x15' hardwood floor. The room is actually about 14'x40', but the dining room and the kitchen take up part of it. :-) (...) After doing a bunch of sorting for/with Janey, I saw some boring non-technic part. Just some 2 x 2 round brick with ridges. (URL) some thinking.   Re: Ageing Lego Bricks

Hi Guido, The problem with 99.9% of all old bricks not fitting together well anymore is due to one simple answer. And that has absolutely nothing to do with storage or heat (unless you're talking about a fire or oven temperature). It is because the (...) (24 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.general)

  855/955 Mobile Crane...well that's just plain bad luck :-(

Hello all, I need help. I won an auction on eBay selling an old 855 mobile crane. Since it came with the box, I took for granted it came with instructions. It didn't, and the seller let me know only 18 hours before the end of auction (so I couldn't (...) (22 years ago, 2-Mar-03, to lugnet.technic)
