  walled garden

I recently acquired a few UCS Yodas (with Mike Walsh's help -- thanks, Mike!) and ended up with a bag of 2x2 corner plates in sand green. Here's a garden wall built with those plates: (URL) (22 years ago, 6-Apr-03, to lugnet.town)

Yup, that's a wee bit big! Man i wish I had piecs to build something that big, I'm still using castle wall pieces for my walls. BTW, I love the main curtain wall, it reminds me a lot of the castle Pawel took to Brickfest this summer. I couldn't (...) (23 years ago, 9-Dec-01, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Duplo wall? Sounds like fun! Seriously I didn’t even realize that was a duplo wall at first with the small gallery image. I’d jump at a chance to blow through a few k-8's worth of duplo to do something like that. Just think no sore thumbs! (...) (19 years ago, 13-Dec-05, to lugnet.org.us.nelug, lugnet.trains)

Re: need advice on ldrawing the scattered stones castle wall corner

(...) A little off the wall, but would it simplify the sealing if you could pressurize the inside to something close to the pressure outside (equalize pressures). A miniature CO2 cartridge with a release valve may help. Mike (26 years ago, 19-Oct-98, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  RE: Limited number of MindStorms??

The Wall Street Journal says Lego will sell 80,000 by years end and they still can't meet the global demand for these things. Their marketing folks thought they'd only sell 12,000 the first year. Guess they didn't count on the over 30 crowd still (...) (26 years ago, 18-Dec-98, to lugnet.robotics)
