I did more or less that, but I put in a 7809 voltage regulator to make sure that I did no damage to my RCX (wall warts sometimes output as much as 5 volts above the printed voltage). I have the beginnings of a medieval village that I was planning on bringing. So far, it consists of a blacksmith's shop, a tavern, a magic shop, and two generic houses. I try to install the source of brickos on debian (kernel 2.6.8) like this : ganymedes:~# apt-get -b source brickos When I do this I receive the following error. I'm trying to install legOS 2.5 for the first time and I'm running into problems. (...) CAUTION!!! The wall-wart that comes with the train adaptor puts out an AC voltage that will likely damage your RCX if used this way!!! I have one other technique that I haven't documented yet. I saw William Howard doing some slanted walls for shop fronts, and had to work out the maths behind it.
