Good and bad on shop.lego.com this week Well for Europeans - these changes dont seem to have hit USA (yet) Forward - Lego added lots of new stuff to bulk bricks this week. Back - However, they are just the rest of the old accessory packs. When are (...) (23 years ago, 3-May-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Questions about backordering a set...

Hey Y'all: Okay, so I backordered my lot of Guarded Inn sets...so far so good. 1. When will I actually be charged for this order -- today or when it ships? 2. If the totality of my order is sent in different parcels, will I be charged for shipping (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jun-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: A new area of LEGO.com: the Build section

(...) It is refreshing to read candid (i.e. not press release) posts from LEGO employees. Try not to make it so painful for them. Who cares if juniorizaion is an "official" issue? Everyone, including LEGO knows what it is, why they did it, who told (...) (23 years ago, 9-May-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Check Out What's New at shop.LEGO.com!

(...) Thank you! This is a very welcome addition. It's been hard to detect new listings and this will be a big help as more new and exciting products come online (hint hint)... One problem, though - it won't load under Netscape 4.7. It loads fine (...) (23 years ago, 25-Jan-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Evening all, Saw the Alpha team and Racers yesterday at Moore Park TRU, bought the Bomb Squad ((URL) ~$54) and a few of the racers ($4.39 ea). The racers aren't bad fun for the price. (...) I am sure there are people on E-bay selling road signs...both the "new style" and the "old style"...the old style signs were the white upright / one piece with the decorated "sign" on the one side.   Re: LEGO... are you out there? Do you care? (WAS: WHY SO LONG ON BULK BRICKS?)

(...) [snip] (...) But according to your estimate, LEGO.com already gets 10 times the hits of LUGNET. Clearly, it is *the* destination of choice. Doing 10 times better than the nearest competitor would seem to be pretty good, wouldn't it? Cheers (...) (23 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Some Sculptures missing from Shop@Home ?

On lego.com, toward the bottom of the page, it says that it won't be released until May, didn't it used to say that it would be released in March? Maybe we won't get a preview set after all. (23 years ago, 1-Feb-02, to lugnet.starwars)
