Ok, obviously it is ok to sell LEGOs in the third party or "aftermarket" fashion - case in point being Bricklink and eBay. I'm not a lawyer, but I understand this to mean: Anything uploaded to Brickshelf, bet it scans, digital pics, gif files, text files, whatever, becomes property of Brickshelf in the regards that Brickshelf can do whatever with those files (print (...) Hi, I was having fun last night designing a "sticker sheet" for a project I am in the middle of. Its a milk processing plant and store. Darrell, I offered my views on this issue, with references. [1] I did not specifically defend the practice and I don't have a final answer either.
