No LEGO in the Walmart flyer this week. There isn't a TRU flyer. Zellers stores that are still open are in liquidation. The one I was in yesterday (Bedford, NS) had a handful of LEGO sets left at 30% off. They were 40% off before Christmas. Lots of (...) (12 years ago, 25-Jan-13, to lugnet.loc.ca)

Dave, I'm familiar with that box! ;-) Starting around 1971 TLG started individual parts sales via the retailers (using unsold leftover wooden boxes) on some countries, and via Mail Order in others. It started in 1957... when Axel Thomsen, a friend of Godtfred Kirk Christiansen who owned a doll house making factory in Lerum Sweden started making wooden box sets for LEGO sales in Sweden and Germany, the 2 countries that he was the LEGO Director (...)   F/S Mindstorms NXT 2.0
 
I have an opened Mindstorms NXT 2.0kit for sale. It is nearly complete and all the pieces are there and in like new condition. All motors and sensors are there as well as the control "brick" and everything seems to be working. The only things (...) (12 years ago, 5-Jan-13, to lugnet.loc.ca)
