  Re: mindstorms NXT and memory

I don't know about the hard-wired aspect of adding memory, but with Bluetooth... anybody thinking about a Bluetooth external memory module? Perhaps we can (...)   Memory Problem

Has anybody use the 62256LP-10, instead the 62256LP-120. Because I use and it doen´t work, I´m starting to think, that it may be a HandyBoard problem, not a memory one. Daniel ---...--- " `BETTER´ IS THE ENEMY OF `GOOD ENOUGH´" ---...--- (25 years ago, 17-Jun-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Out of memory error

(...) At some point, you may run out of memory on the Handyboard; however, it sounds like IC 2.8 is running out of the 640K DOS-limited memory. You might try removing drivers to get more room in the lower 640K. If you move up to IC 3.1, which is a (...) (27 years ago, 26-May-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

1. Is there a way of expanding the 32K memory in the HB? How? 2. I want to reduce the weight of my project by changing the battery. Is it possible to operate the HB at lower voltage since I'm not using the motor drivers for my project? If so, what's (...) (28 years ago, 6-Feb-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  fried memory

I suspect that I fried my memory chip. The handyboard downloads Pcode perfectly, but when it tries to synchronize with interactive C, I get an error. While the board is off the 62256-12LP and the 74HC132 chips stay hot. is there a good diagnostic (...) (25 years ago, 26-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Memory/Sampling Rate

Hello everyone! I was wondering if there is a simple way to get more RAM on the HandyBoard...like an addition 32K? or maybe 128K? ---...--- Other question is about the sampling rate of the digital ports on the handyboard...
