  Lego Legends

I am new the Lugnet world but a long time, die-hard lego fan. I recently saw in the newest issue of Mania Magazine an offer for the Lego Legend Guarded Inn. I thought this was original to this set, but, when briefly scanning different newsgroup (...) (23 years ago, 22-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: New sports

(...) I tend to doubt that Lego will make another sport theme in the near future. Soccer was such a perfect choice for a sport theme since it is the most universally played sport; every nation can relate to it and enjoy it. What other sport could (...) (23 years ago, 27-Jul-01, to lugnet.sports)

  So what do you think?

The newest theme to grace the Lego line is Harry Potter legos. They are based off the incredibly famous books and the soon to be movie. But is Lego going too far? Obviously, these sets will sell. People, especially kids, all over the world adore (...) (23 years ago, 27-Jul-01, to lugnet.harrypotter)

  Re: Factions (and violence)

I agree. Just about everytheme has some form of violence worked into it. I mean, even city center sets had Jail Break Joe. Violence is kind of hard to completely avoid. Most of our society is built around action, and action more often than not (...) (23 years ago, 28-Jul-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Should I buy?

I don't know if my previous message got posted; I had computer problems. So here it is again. In the most recent shop at home catalogue, in the "limited quantities/last chance" section, they list the 2174 Dragon Fly as one of the sets. On the next (...) David: I will check my Wallmart, but I was there recently and didn't see anything. In the event that my Wallmart does not have this deal, I don't suppose you wouldbe willing to sned either the 1349 or 7190 my way? I would gladly mail you a check (or (...) Are you only willing to sell it as one lot? There are numerous individual sets I'm interested in (1877, 1906, 6080, 6081, 6078 for example). I am also interested in extra castle parts. Let me know. KEith (...) (23 years ago, 3-Aug-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

I was at Shopko yesterday and saw that the American Team Bus, #3411, was marked down to $6.19, originally $20.
