8436 wheels put to use already?

Guys, check this out... (URL) those 8436 wheels? It's sometimes hard to believe how some folks can get lots of new parts and put them to use so quickly... Cheers Keith (20 years ago, 5-Aug-04, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Re-Re-Release: Pneumatic Front-End Loader

(...) NO KIDDING! "8459 follows the footsteps of 8460, rises to godly stature" We can now proclaim the 843x block taken by 2004 Technic sets and reissues! W00t! (Yes I know about 8432=8428 and 8437, just conveniently ignoring them) Keith (20 years ago, 16-Aug-04, to lugnet.technic)

Re: 1/275 Scale Salamis Kai from Zeta Gundam

(...) Nice Work Jeff, upon first inspection I thought it was something from Starblazers. Very cool hull shape and paint scheme. My only real complaint was the guns, but you addressed that already. I'd love to see it in person. -Keith (19 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) The Urban Commando vigs are outstanding...it's so difficult to capture a sense of decay or grit, but you've done it. The doors..both the boarded up entrance and the roll-up door really stand out. The Coporate Exec-utioner was great too. -Keith (19 years ago, 6-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

(...) I knew it!... I can just hear the line he must use on the ladies... "your clothes, give them to me..." Anyone who builds like Dan must be from the future. I'm afraid we'll have to trick him into a giant industrial press and kill him. -Keith (21 years ago, 12-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Instead of spamming .space I thought I'd thank everyone for replying in one generic post. Your comments are always entertaining and appreicated. Thanks to everyone who took the time to leave me some feedback on the Stronghold, I really apreciate it. Much like Nathan Wells, Lenny, and others, I think crossover building in .Space and .Castle makes both themes stronger. Thanks again, and keep (...) David, this is the first moc of yours that I really enjoyed. It is very well thought out, with a nice variety of parts. Although you really choked....you should have waited to photograph the scene with the islanders offering a virgin sacrifice. (...) (20 years ago, 24-Oct-04, to lugnet.castle)

Well done Mark, those Freddy Krueger hands are a nice touch. I know, they are for clawing through ice, or giant snow-mice or something. This one reminds me of your Hammer mech a bit, but thats a good thing. Congrats on winning the awards as well. (...) (20 years ago, 11-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) Remind me to partially collapse my lung next time I'm there's a mecha competition, it might improve my entry. This mech rocks, but I have a couple of questions: Does the cockpit have a cup-holder, and is it legal in Kentucky? -Keith (19 years ago, 27-Jan-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Program to help with lego trades

Hi Are there any programs to help assist with making Lego trades?. After doing several trades using e-mail, I think there has to be a better way. Any one know of a web based program to help with trading lego parts? Thanks Keith (24 years ago, 6-Mar-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

This one gets my vote, what a crazy monstrosity. I agree with whoever said it is reminiscent of sci-fi cover art, and the lunar tracks really sell it. It would take one hell of a spike-strip to stop this party. -Keith (20 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
