  FOTD

I visited a couple of local K-Marts today and found a number of Pod buckets with a stickered price of $10 that rang up at $8 at the register...not too bad for a set whose original MSRP was $24.99 and is really hard to find anymore =) (22 years ago, 9-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) Thanks for reminding me--I had a FOTD at K-Mart today as well! The last two copies of 4712 Troll on the Loose, sure--but they had 10 <set:7159 pod buckets> for $10 apiece, a discount of 60%. I bought 4 for myself and kindly left the rest, hard (...) (22 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Way to go, Shiri! This sort of realistic, creative feedback is exactly what LEGO needs to hear. Because of the way this story came about, it shows a real-world example of the feelings folks have for their LEGO toys. I think you should print this out (...)
