Why do LEGO toys have value to you? Because they are fun, durable and "cumulative"(the blocks I got as a kid in 1978 still work with the blocks I got last week.)   Light grey sword is back!
 
They light grey sword disappeared together with the classic castle in the 80ties, but is now back on the shelf. The new HP set 4735 both has a light grey sword and that nice dark green silver snake shield. the printed wall element with the snake (...)   Upcoming 8877 - return to the classic fold-out designs?
 
I just had a peek at what is coming in the KK2 series for 2005, and it seems like the 8877 Vladek's Dark Castle is a return to the classic fold-out designs. When I was growing up in the mid-80s, I would take my $3 allowance most weeks and go to K-mart or ShopKo to buy LEGO. Fortunately, each theme would have a (...)
