Re: Question: One motor & Turning

If you are interested, you can take a look at a mechanism I made (inspired from the 8205 pull back string powered dragster) which allows one motor to make a vehicle go forwards or turn on the spot depending on the direction of the motor output. The (...) (25 years ago, 19-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: My new Inn of many gable ends...

Great model! Fantastic design! I love the attention to detail and the realism of it all. Except I don't think I see any gables. :) -- Paul Davidson Eric Kingsley <kingsley@nelug.org> wrote in message news:FoKAKI.J9r@lugnet.com... (...) creations (...) (25 years ago, 19-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Insectoids anyone?

(...) Auction/Sale announcements are OK then? Even if they are, I don't want to see "30 Minutes Until My Auction Ends" type posts. I suppose we could give it a try it, and then review it in a few weeks if things get out of hand. I must admit I'm a (...) (25 years ago, 19-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: Question: One motor & Turning

(...) No and no. You can allways reverse the motor, and the 'normal' way to steer, is to have a steering wheel that casters to the straight ahead, when driven forward, and rotates to a fixed angle in one direction, when the vehicle goes backwards.   Re: Question about Lego Solar Panels

(...) This was answered a little while ago (with regards to the cell). It is specified as: 3v, 200mA (full sunlight) 100mA (indoor sunlight) 2.5v 8mA (indoor low bulb). The capacitor is 2.5v 1Farad. Best Wishes (25 years ago, 19-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Question about Lego Solar Panels

So does anyone know the specs on the "new" Lego Solar panels found in the new Pitsco-DACTA catalog, such as what kind of power output/voltage you can get out of them? Any specs on the capacitors would be cool too. <nofill> Thanks, Kenneth --- (...) (25 years ago, 19-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Using parts in p\48\ (was: part 2951, more questions, nearly done)

(...) Sure, no problem. I prefer to inline and find the true coordinates of the polygons in the primitives, though. There may be some small rounding errors both in your sine calculations and in LEdit's, and if they don't match, you'll get small (...) (25 years ago, 19-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

For all my Lego web stuff I use free webspace accounts. I have two accounts: 1. For my website : "(URL) (admin) problems here. 2. For holding my auction pictures {1 & 2}.
