Mike We have ordered several times from Emmanuel (DYA), including 5571's on two occasions. All of our orders got here (Charleston, South Carolina, USA) in about three to four weeks. The RCX can communicate with the scout using the IR link, any programming system (including the RIS standard stuff) that can send/receive messages via IR link can communicate with the Scout.
