  Re: Scale?

(...) Huh? That question is a little vague. I'll try to be more specific. Lay a minifig down on its back. You will see that it's five studs high. An average adult human is about 1.7 meters (or 5 feet, 7 inches) tall. Divide 1.7 meters by 5 studs, (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: NQC wishlist

(...) IMho, the best thing which could be made is a firmware replacement, backward compatible with standard bytecodes (and thus with nqc) with all the new features needed being added as new bytecodes... But who will do that? :-) Phil (25 years ago, 5-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  8246 Helicopter instructions

Has anyone taken the time to document the steps to build the helicopter on the back side of the 8246 Hydro Racer? I know it seems petty on a $4 set... :) My son just started with Technics at Christmas and he likes the step by step instructions and (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Scale?

(...) It depends what you mean by "scale." If you mean a scale that translates between human size and minifig size, 3.5 stude per foot is clearly wrong. Minifig scale is about 0.35 meters per stud -- or, in Imperial measurements, 13.8 inches per (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  What all has TLC done?

I'm fully aware that the Lego group has commited some pretty heinous acts, but I don't know exactly what those evil doings would be. All I can think of is that Lego completely juniorized [by 1997] and destroyed [by 1999] Lego System Space [that (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.space)
