Blue 1x6 with "TRANSPORT" printed in white: #333 Delivery Truck (available world wide) and #334 Articulated Flatbed (available in Continental Europe only?). (...) No, they're not. They've got connectors for technic pegs, but aren't modular. You can take them apart, but it's sorta like pulling the arms from minifigs -- not _supposed_ to happen. One possible clue to this (that they're minifig-scale and not Technic scale) is that the set numbers are still part of the 71xx range of the LEGO SYSTEM Star Wars sets. (...)
