Re: ldraw.org General Update, Added Press & Awards

(...) Possibly. You could always ask. If not, just put up a page for it on your website when you make it. (...) Soon...probably in the next few days. There's a Parts Reference ready to go up, but we gotta get final approval on re-publication of it (...) (25 years ago, 22-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: First Lego League Software

(...) Sure, but why should those teachers/students able to use NQC be banned? I can (perhaps) understand banning it for being too powerful, but if that were the case, Robolab should be banned too. (25 years ago, 22-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)

I'm 42, going on 17 (according to my wife). I've had an on and off affair with robots for years, and the same with Lego Technic for years. RIS finally got me to connect the two. Dave Johnson (25 years ago, 22-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: How old are you?

An interferometer! Wow, that is really neat. I would love to build an interferometer using Lego parts. Does your client have a parts list, pictures, or anything else about their interferometer he/she could share? BTW, I'm 32. Although we had bought (...) (25 years ago, 22-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Panaka is yellow?

(...) I think you're right- that is a reasonable assumption to make. I don't think that's what Lego intended, however. All the Naboo Guards wear the same uniform, and Panaka is the most clearly photographed of the guards in the movie. The stills of (...) (25 years ago, 22-Dec-99, to lugnet.starwars)
