  "The True Lego Geeks"

Hi... Who else could "fill in the blank" correctly other than a true Lego geek? Take a look at the top of: (URL) think I've been hanging around here too much and need some fresh air! --Dan (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: A new castle babe!!! (and a weird knight--not a woman)

(...) shows (...) red (...) minute (...) You seem quite proud of yourself (and quick to temper), Ok, I know now that I was wrong, cause I have SEEN it. I did not wish to offend (no need to get riled), just wished to make a statement from opinion and (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

Re: 2000 Star Wars sets are out in US

(...) I *knew* there was a hidden cost to leaving Michigan State for the East Coast...sigh. Why did it have to be this, O cruel, capricious fate? Why? WHY!?!? *whimper* -Lindsay (a transplanted Spartan and Michigander all in one) --- Lindsay (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.general)

Semi-Odd Parts I'd Like to Know About

Hi everybody- I'm just now starting to dabble in LEdit and LDraw, but this is a slightly different issue: I've found a piece in the database that I've never seen before! Now, this isn't exactly impossible, because my exposure was only after (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: 600dpi scan of Female Knight, From 2000 Catalog

  Switching from 4,5V to 9V

Hi there, is there any brick - or has anyone "build" one - which allows to connect 4,5V tracks to 9V tracks? (I first got a shock when I saw the 9V tracks...) Even so: Has anyone experience in tuning up 4,5V tracks to allow 9V trains to go on it - (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Suzanne Rich v The Thread That Would Not Die!

There's one in a Town set, at least - (URL) - though you can't see it in the pic. (I just happened to see the box for mine last night) (...) -- Tom Stangl ***(URL) Visual FAQ home ***(URL) Bay Area DSMs (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: How is 6082 fire breathing fortress?

(...) Luck to you! I really enjoyed this Dragon Masters line. The Fortress was a lot of fun as a plaything, and as a model. The cavern of the dragon does not seem to fit the part of a fortress, but would you go in if it was home to a great dragon? (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: legOS applications

(...) Great! Is there any documentation on that, more precisely how it is to be used? Has it been tested? I don't have access to my PC until the end of the year, so I can't check if there is anything in the distribution... :-( /Vlad (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

Re: FSMs, coding techniques and other goodies

(...) I was thinking about that. The problem is that I lack the time... for the next couple of months, anyway... The idea of using a higher level language comes from the guess that it would be faster to develop than a graphical tool. Plus that it (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)
