Re: 2000 Star Wars sets are out in US

(...) I'm up in Allentown, and I too searched a number of stores today, including Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Bradlee's, Ames, Kohl's, Toys 'R' Us, KB Toyworks, and Zany Brainy. I found no 2000 sets at all. I did get word from the LEGO rep at TRU that they (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.general)

Re: 2000 Star Wars sets are out in US

They're out in force in Ohio. I've found a few sets at the Meijers in Tylersville, and this evening I found all of the sets at the Meijer in Forest Park. And they're ringing up at 25% off to boot . . . Tim (URL) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.general)

  Re: Minnesota.

(...) Actually, one of them has a really good scan of the B-Wing, and I'm sure another AFOL can verify this, but it looks like the wing blaster in fact isn't a POOP--but black SW blasters (like in the Sith Infiltrator) next to a 1x1x4 black antenna (...)   Minnesota.

From the looks of eBay, 2000 SW has begun to appear in Minnesota. I've seen a couple of auctions of new items originating there...and, of course, they're at a serious premium. -LFB (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)
