I noticed this as soon as it went back online. It appears to be a problem within pair. I had a couple ideas: 3. routing errors (asymetrical routing, routing over backup lines etc.) This is the most likely scenario because it's real easy to do. 2. (...) (25 years ago, 7-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
