I noticed this as soon as it went back online.
It appears to be a problem within pair.
I had a couple ideas:
3. routing errors (asymetrical routing, routing over backup lines etc.)
This is the most likely scenario because it's real easy to do.
2. Improperly configured routers, or routers reloaded with a bad
config (full debugging on)
3. Massive backups/mirrors that were delayed (would have been cleared
up by now)
