  Re: Enough trans-antifreeze!

(...) You consider Exploriens to be the last "true" space theme? Why is that? Is it because the UFO and Insectoid sets come with different looking (alien) helmets?   Off topic question Re: Clone DATs--any interest?

(...) Do people model parts that don't exist in the LEGO universe? i.e. Plates with studs on both top and bottom, or bricks otherwise shaped in ways that have no real-world analogs?   Interface to other displays

Hi, Does anyone have info on replacing the LCD with another type of display? What I have in mind is an array of 5 X 7 LED displays. No sense reinventing the wheel if someone has already done this. TIA John (25 years ago, 27-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Crappy Parcel Force service

Mark Hodge's note in another thread reminded me of this subject I wanted to bring up too. Has anyone else experienced poor / slow service from this crowd? In my experience their service is abysmal. Ian Bishop, Ayrshire, UK (25 years ago, 27-Nov-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) As far as "normalcy" goes, I've drawn blood a few times separating two tighly-sealed 2x2 plates.
