Well, for some reason, these green bricks are still hovering at about 1.5 cents a piece, far below the 4-5 cents I have seen so many lots go for. (URL) lots for sale include bricks in Yellow, White, Red and Blue. Also a Technic 8880 Supercar. For a (...) (25 years ago, 22-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  Clone DATs--any interest?

Hi, all! At the risk of subjecting myself to good-natured public outcry and ridicule, I was wondering if there's any interest in DAT files for such "clones" as MegaBloks, Block-Men, and TYCO. I already posted a link to a zip-file on offtopic.clones, (...) (25 years ago, 22-Nov-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Thank you Tom!!! I just called and the rep stated that the 6544 wasn't on sale, but I was insistent and someone else told her that I was correct. We also got a 8245 for $44.00.   Re: Lego train club for the Saint Louis area?

(...) If you open one up, you'll see it's nothing that fancy. A loop of metal, perhaps magnetic, that the 9volt wire wraps around once. I'm guessing it has something to do with RF interference, but that's a complete guess... John1, GMLTC (25 years ago, 22-Nov-99, to lugnet.trains)
