  Re: Inspire me!

(...) I wish I had it too :-) I´m gathering BASIC sets and service packs now when I know that they still are good. In the future, I think the lego will suck. --Tobias (...) (25 years ago, 20-Nov-99, to lugnet.town)

Re: 1x1x1 classic window in white

This sounds like a wild proposal. I don't have the parts you are looking for, but am curious. What would you use them to build? And if you were only needed them for, say a year, then what? Take photos of your dream? I guess where I'm going is: why (...) (25 years ago, 20-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

(...) Not making any moral judgements here, but I guess you should remember that Lego are Danish, not American. Europeans dont tend to have the same views on guns as Americans.   Long Live Service Packs

The rumors of the service packs demise have been greatly exaggerated;-) Or so I have been told by a S@H rep yesterday. She said that other reps have heard these rumors (from customers) and that they have even received a memo about it, but it is not (...) (25 years ago, 20-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Lego Store OPEN in Virginia

(...) I think I am going to have to cut this off soon. The reply has been pretty good to my posting. I will be getting 17 - 25 of these tomorrow, and I figure that is about all that I can carry. I will cut this offer off for now at Noon Today, (...) (25 years ago, 20-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Problems with RCX Robolab and PowerMacs 6400/200 and 5500/225

Hello, I'm teaching an RCX-based programming class using the Robolab software to a group of 19 4th,5th and 6th graders. I've been trying to get the Robolab software installed and running on the Powermac 5500/225s and 6400/200s owned by the school. (...)   Re: Local space -- here's a real map!

Hi, Tim, (...) Take a look at the distance chart again. Wolf 359 and Lalande 21185 may appear to be a lot farther from alpha Centauri and Barnard's Star than they are from Sol, but in fact they're less than 1.5 times farther off. Wolf 359 and (...) (25 years ago, 20-Nov-99, to lugnet.space)
