Re: Lego 2000 and Beyond (was Re: Sadly a look at this group...)

(...) Just an idle thought, but who here would knock over cub scouts and old ladies with a shopping cart to get to: 6299 A 16-wide white/blue three-center four-gun two/three-mast Spanish Armada Galleon? 6298 A big Armada base with TWO Imperial (...) (25 years ago, 12-Nov-99, to lugnet.pirates)

  Re: building a maze

(...) Well, obviously I am, even if the maze is still not ready! :-) And the navigation system is still shaky... I plan to start a site about my project soon (maybe this weekend), a WikiWikiWeb so that anyone can contribute! /Vlad (25 years ago, 12-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: RIS 1.0 to 1.5 software upgrade

(...) Maneesh, I think that it depends mostly on who you speak with at Lego. Per Rick's instructions, I called Lego customer service last night to order the upgrade. The person that I spoke with had to seek out a manager to figure out how to handle (...) (25 years ago, 12-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Slave 1 Cockpit II

(...) I agree, the Naboo/A-wing cockpit is close, but not too small and narrow at the top. I used 2 of them in my version of the Slave I ( (URL) ), but the perfect solution would be to use the type of canopy they did use, but replace the squared-off (...)   Re: Bullboys, Moomen, or Longhorns?

(...) Yeah, it doesn't really belong in .general without some more explanation probably... most likely more fit for .castle... The "debate" is over the potential name of the new series being released for 2000 in the castle theme. Since no names are (...) (25 years ago, 12-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Train Auction Update--Going 2!

Most lots now going 2, so they'll be sold Monday if there aren't new bids. Still some pretty good deals here, in my opinion! Welcome to Alan's First Train Auction!   Re: LEGOLAND Buildings....

  RE: tracking robot position

If you could somehow interface a serial mousing device with the RCX, then I hold that Microsoft's new Intellimouse, with no moving parts and a tiny CMOS camera eye, would be the way to go. Regards, Issac. (...) (25 years ago, 12-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Slave 1 Cockpit II

(...) Well, I don't think either one is a perfect solution. The Naboo Fighter canopy gets too narrow at the front (as oriented on the Naboo Fighter) to be the top of Slave 1's cockpit. and I think I'd rather have the two smoke hinged pieces as (...) (25 years ago, 12-Nov-99, to lugnet.starwars)
