Well, I don't think either one is a perfect solution. The Naboo Fighter canopy
gets too narrow at the front (as oriented on the Naboo Fighter) to be the top
of Slave 1's cockpit. and I think I'd rather have the two smoke hinged pieces
as "spare parts" than another Naboo Fighter canopy.

I know how you feel. If nothing else, the minifigs are so cool! I'll probably
end up with 4 or 5 Slave 1's. :D

| (...) I agree, the Naboo/A-wing cockpit is close, but not too small and narrow at the top. I used 2 of them in my version of the Slave I ( (URL) ), but the perfect solution would be to use the type of canopy they did use, but replace the squared-off (...) (25 years ago, 12-Nov-99, to lugnet.starwars)

| Another post concerning TLC´s Cockpit of their official Slave 1 model: They are using the same cockpit like in the monorail set etc (see: (URL) This cockpit is square and not round.
