Adam, As far as interfacing to external devices, the inexpensive ones are wheel encoders, IR ranging, bumpers, sound sensors and visible light sensors. (...) If you like the islanders, it's a very good set. The island is actually a rather nice layout. It also comes with a pirate rowboat with 2 sails (most of the rowboats with sails only have a single sail). I've picked up several copies of this (...) (27 years ago, 25-Oct-99, to lugnet.pirates)
