  Re: 4558 and 4547 Question

There probably isn't one chance in a million of TLG re-releasing 4558 and 4547 ... but I'd sure like to see a *new* train set that can be "mixed and matched" with the 4558. Different loco and cars, but the same gray primary color with red, white & (...) (25 years ago, 21-Oct-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Palm Pilot

I've received a few emails about my Palm Pilot program to control the RCX, so I put up a quick web page about it here: (URL) Kory (25 years ago, 21-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: 2000 catalog

(...) Hi there Huw, Do you have any guesses as to how those Starwars images have reached the internet? I would think that if any LEGO theme would be guarded it would be that one, with the other themes being a little less hush hush, but it is the (...)   How to find a LUGNET newsgroup (Was: how do i request instructions to a set)

(...) We're all there at some time, neh? Anyway, I referred to the newsgroup: lugnet.market.jambalaya You can read up on it simply by subscribing to that newsgroup -- the very first message is the newsgroup charter, a message which gives a good (...) (25 years ago, 21-Oct-99, to lugnet.faq)

Re: SW set list for 2000

<snip> (...) How about info from the official Star Wars web site? Does it count? Check out the last paragraph on (URL) It at least opens the door for speculation. I have also found that for the most part the books try to stay consistant with what (...) (25 years ago, 21-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Pneumatics and the RCX -how?

I have been searching for the answer to this one for a while. My intent is to find a supplier who has small electrically operated (solenoid) valves which can be driven by the RCX output(s). I have found one so far, but the valves are very pricy. But (...) (25 years ago, 21-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: 4558 and 4547 Question

  Re: 4558 and 4547 Question

(...) I dont think re-releasing the old sets is the best option. I think that would seriously diminish thier place in "LEGO Train History". However i can say that if TLG would release trains of equal quality in limited qauntities most train (...) (25 years ago, 21-Oct-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Pneumatics and the RCX -how?

I know that some of you use pneumatics for yuor robots. How do you do that? I suppose you use a compressor and a motor to change the valve, but that requires two motors and 2 is all that come with the MindStorms. Yes, I can buy more, but I´d like to (...)
