There probably isn't one chance in a million of TLG re-releasing 4558
and 4547 ... but I'd sure like to see a *new* train set that can be
"mixed and matched" with the 4558. Different loco and cars, but the
same gray primary color with red, white & blue trim line ... and same
basic style. Any suggestions on an effective way to make our desires
known to TLG?

| (...) I dont think re-releasing the old sets is the best option. I think that would seriously diminish thier place in "LEGO Train History". However i can say that if TLG would release trains of equal quality in limited qauntities most train (...) (25 years ago, 21-Oct-99, to lugnet.trains)
