  Re: Town 2000?

(...) See, there's a reason I bought 19 6444s.... Good thing KB Toys realized that $9.99 was the wrong price for them, I might have bought even more... (25 years ago, 23-Sep-99, to lugnet.town)

  Duane Hess Temporarily Off-line

This is just a note to let everyone know that I will be temporarily off-line starting October 8th while I make another employment change. If you have any concerns, send them to my E-mail after that time, and I will respond as soon as I can. - Duane (25 years ago, 23-Sep-99, to lugnet.announce)

  Re: LEGO Riddle.......

Well, it's a slow day in my brain, so I can't be sure... but here is my guess: 1. The common piece would be the basic 1x1 2. The rare pieces might be the 'macaroni' bricks. I think that's what they're called. I'm thinking of the ones that are (...) (25 years ago, 23-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

  Divers (was: Lugnet Roll-call)

(...) Really? I love Divers, but I was disappointed by the set designs. Not that the models were bad, they were very good. There was too much repetition between the sets. Too many nearly-identical submersibles. Too many SPUD[1] rafts. Almost every (...) (25 years ago, 23-Sep-99, to lugnet.people, lugnet.town)

  Re: Make your own Castle Minifig Ideas

(...) I shamelessly steal from other themes all the time. There are at least a dozen pirates that have been pardoned and re-christened as peasants. If you look carefully at my mess hall cook, you will notice that he's a (rather scruffy and unshaven) (...) (25 years ago, 23-Sep-99, to lugnet.castle)

  LEGO Riddle.......

It's a slow day on LUGNET today, so I'll ask a LEGO Riddle.... What pieces are we.........???...??? We're two different LEGO Bricks, and we basically haven't changed since LEGO came out in the mid 1950's (1955 or 1956). Our only real change (besides (...)   Re: OVER 1 AMP

Dear Paul, I have an H-bridge that I designed to run big motors. It runs at two amps continuous, and three amps intermittantly. It uses 5 volts for logic from your Handyboard, and 12 volts from a gel cell to run the motors. It also has an analog (...) (25 years ago, 23-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

(...) Who or what is "DYA"? They can't possibly still have 8880 (a 1994 set) in stock. - Robert Munafo (URL) LEGO: TC+++(8480) SW++ #+ S-- LS++ Hsp M+ A@ LM++ YB64m IC13 (25 years ago, 23-Sep-99, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: OVER 1 AMP

(...) www.yahoo.com, search for "H Bridge", trust me, lots of hits will comeup. Look for the 4QD pages, they talk a lot about H Bridge designs. If you aren't comfortable with electronic design, don't bother though... (...) This IS an H Bridge. Its a (...) (25 years ago, 23-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
