  My favorite Adventurer sets

I'm really enjoying the Adventurer's theme (though the '98 sets are considerably better than the '99 sets in my opinion). Here are the top models (again in my opinion): 5909 - Treasure Raiders Really just a minifig pack but the biplane and car are (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.adventurers, lugnet.reviews)

  Castle Newbie Recommendations

After two years of collecting pirates stuff and only the REAL expensive stuff left to get, I've decided to move into castles. I always wanted to, it was just too expensive trying to build the massive fleet for gaming that I wanted at the same time (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: a new carrier...almost

Why seven not eight? I stopped at seven because I wanted it to fit in with the 6 wide standard; 7 is closer than 8. The copper wire is a building aid, and it is pulled out when each grating is finished. It took me a while to find something that was (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Hello at all Castle Lovers

(...) I'm planning on making a Druid and a couple Necromancers using Darht Maul's and Oni-Wan's hoods. Now all I need is a good staff and some evil-looking weapons. I suppose if all else fails, I'll just make some rods(1). Jeff 1 - I construct (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.castle)

  S@H Ordering Question

Does anyone know if Shop at Home treats you any differently when using the code in the yellow brick from catalogs mailed to you, (versus the generic ones) or is it just used for data harvesting? (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: My dream given form

Ah, one of the few remaining Transformers I still have around. A good old rip-off from Robotech, if I remember right. Excellent Lego rendition! Scott S. (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.build)

Zach's third LEGO auction (update 7) - some items sold, many still remain

Here is the latest update. Some items are now SOLD, but open items still remain. All high bids made on or before 9/18/99 have advanced to GOING 1; those that were GOING 1/2 in the last update all have advanced to the next level. Welcome to my third (...)   Re: What do I have to do to get a URL update on the CSOTW banners?

(...) Roby, I'm sorry that the process isn't automated -- otherwise it would just be a no-brainer. I tend to add banners periodically rather than the instant a request comes in. And sometimes I also miss one. Unfortunately, my email inbox at that (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.admin.general)
