(...) You can achieve all 5 of these criteria with the standard differtrans, if you put a rotation sensor directly on each motor shaft... [ I've build such a 'bot, and it appears to work pretty well (ie it measures distance accurately, and drives in (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)

As I checked in today on my break, this is what they had in the window. Keep in mind all these sets are not complete (most are 95%), and fairly dusty. Are there any cool, Duplo websites or cool Duplo creations out there? I've only seen one nice Duplo site that had a train station and a house. I perceive that Duplo bricks are underrated. I plan to launch a Duplo site in the future to prove that (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.duplo)

Yes, some are good, and some are bad, very bad, way above average. Like, uh, higher than Ebay frenzy prices. See RTL for the thread about windows - that is where I show how bad some can be. While at the Big Shop in Legoland California I received a photo-copied price list that included a line item for the Halloween Bucket. I have not checked recently but it could be the case that the Big Shop will have a limited supply of Orange (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)
