(...) I read the sheet as saying the MINIMUM load is 125K, and the block diagram indicates a buffered output. It would be a good idea to buffer the output, but may not be strictly necessary. The bit about the reference being 20uA capable is correct, (...) (25 years ago, 8-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

Ok, I've got the go ahead to start shopping. Any advice on the best/cheapest way to ship? I checked out ups & dhl, very expensive. The US postal service air mail is the cheapest I've found. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks, Julie (...) (25 years ago, 8-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

Thanks for the tip, Craig. Yeah, I am trying to make a few unique faces and torsos for minifigs of my friends. I am also trying to make some pumpkins for October that will be set up for my Legoville's 'Halloween Festival'. Was the pumpkin you did a (...) Gentlemen The spec sheet for the part indicates that the 2.5 volt reference is an *output* for reference purposes only. The maximum load is 20 microamps. In other words, that pin should only be tied to a high impedance input on a voltage comparator (...) (25 years ago, 7-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Nice. Very nice. Except for those pesky decals. :-) one nit... the grab irons (on the right side) are too close together. They should be spaced the spacing of a widely spaced ladder rung. (yes, I know that's the spacing of the minifig ladder, but (...) (25 years ago, 8-Sep-99, to lugnet.trains)

Hi, This is a great idea. I was just wondering if you meant to make a replacment firmware to accomplish this or just write a program? I would be extremely interested in this project. Thanks Nicolas Gauthier (25 years ago, 8-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)

If all you want to know is the output then the RCX will display that - using the View button to show the sensor input you're interested in. If you want to play pretty noises the only alternative I can think of (and this is ugly) is along the lines (...) (25 years ago, 7-Sep-99, to lugnet.robotics)
