(...) Yes. Sticker-files should be just the stickers, not stickers-stuck-on-parts. The numbers for the sticker files should use the ID number printed on the sticker sheet, but I don't remember if the long (7 digit?) or short (5 digit) number is (...) (27 years ago, 31-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Yes, I have drawn up the pattern for the black/white bird thing, potentially for the shield and torso. Struggling to find time to do the LDraw work though (due to the recent purchase of a large lot of unsorted parts). I'll register it on the Parts (...)
