  [Off Topic] Vicenza Retrocomputing

(19 years ago, 27-Mar-07, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

Once upon a time, Sea Monkey habitats were quite...interesting.   Re: 10183 instructions in PDF please?

This problem has kept me from buying sets before and will likely again unless an alternate format for instructions is implemented for at (...) (19 years ago, 27-Mar-07, to lugnet.lego.direct, FTX)

Re: 30 NEW Train Sets! -- Or Individual Hobby Train Models Pricing

Re: Some Buildings built for NMRA 2007

(...) These facades are your best work in terms of the color and proportion. I agree with pretty much all the prior comments. The detail work combined with the color combinations result in the most realistic buildings that I have seen with the (...) (19 years ago, 27-Mar-07, to lugnet.town)

Re: Some Buildings built for NMRA 2007

I remember first meeting you and you were so modest about the things you build. What I see is a great builder! These are no exception! Great work, I liked seeing them, I am sure they will look great set up at the NMRA 2007. - Eric (19 years ago, 27-Mar-07, to lugnet.town)

Re: Moscow in the 80s - diorama

  Re: MOC: Sacrificial Altar "Braaaaaiinssss!"

(...) Thanks, David! My previous Tiki-style altar was mostly brown with red and dark blue accents, which did not photograph well or stand out very much. I thought that the brightness of teal would help add a little spark. Dave S. (19 years ago, 26-Mar-07, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.adventurers)

Re: Moscow in the 80s - diorama

(...) Hi Andreas, Thanks I have most of the stuff in CAD so if you'd like to render it I'll be happy to assemble it for you ;) Your render style would suit it much more than mine would... of course it might take a while to render :) Tim (19 years ago, 26-Mar-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Polling Top Sellers

(...) Yeah, the clutter is the hard part. I've been toying with the idea of just streamlining the data a lot more. Right now, the data is pretty much fully represented. But as I collect more data, it'll become rather meaningless. Something that had (...) (19 years ago, 26-Mar-07, to lugnet.general)

Re: MOC: Sea Monkey Sleds and Figs

Ohh...Ahhh! Very nice use of the sand blue, and great camouflage potential for all 3 models I'm assuming. Good to see you building sea monkeys.   Re: Sea Monkey Forsaken Stingray

Good to see you back building, and more importantly good to see what you are building! I like the concept of this, and even the use of the annoying piece, but the mere mention of stingrays always sends 'what could have been' shudders down my spine (...)
