  Re: MOC: Kedleston Hall

(...) Hi Al, This is really great. I just love thhe interiors, the snot work on the lower sections of the exterior and the use of the goblets in the railing. Very nice details all around. Best, Jonathan (19 years ago, 5-Mar-07, to lugnet.build.arch)

(...) This looks really good. It looks like it, or a similar house was used in the most recent Pride and Prejudice film, with which my fiancee is obsessed. I'm debating whether or not to show her, as I may end up getting roped into building a (...) (19 years ago, 5-Mar-07, to lugnet.build.arch)

(...) Hi Timothy, I would love to vote but I lost/forgot my login-name. I tried to recover but I don't get reply-mails with a new password and contacting you via the webmas...etc address only gives my an 'hey don't send spam to peeron'-message: Hi. (...)   Re: Steamship Möwe

A great concept, beautifully executed. With regards to the planks, everything in LEGO has a degree of cartoonification, so if it gives the right impression without being too distorted, it's valid in my book. Al (who has also just got posting (...) (19 years ago, 5-Mar-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

(19 years ago, 5-Mar-07, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  Re: X-Wing in WWII

I'd be inclined to make two of the props "pusher props" behind the engines. Nice, original twist to a familiar dogfighter. If only the wheels folded into the wings... (19 years ago, 5-Mar-07, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)

  Re: Steamship Möwe

I like the attention to detail such as the navigation lights, anchor winch, ventilation shafts, draft lines on the side of the hull, etc. As you may be aware, a ship of this name was one of the more successful of (...)   Re: Part Authors: opinions sought on T-Junctions

  Steamship Möwe

Hello, after reestablishing my posting privileges, I'd like to show my latest creation (part of a longer harbour project), a steamship in a style of the first decades of the 20th century: The freighter 'Möwe' (seagull) (URL) It does not have a real (...)   MOC: Scots Baronial house

I built this a few years ago, but I don't think I ever announced it at the time. It's a Scots Baronial mansion house, based on the buildings of 19th century Edinburgh architect David Bryce.
