Re: Build a Suburban House (or homes) for Brickfest

Quick clarification: You will need to bring your own baseplates (whether 32x32 or 32x48 footprints). If you bring the 32x48 footprint please try and include the tiled alley - if you don't have the pieces, let me know, and I'll bring some extra black (...)   Re: Bricksmith tips and techniques

(...) Thanks. I love to have happy users! (...) Good gosh, someone is even digging through my CVS repository! The reason you're not able to commit anything, incidentally, is because you are not listed as a Developer on my project. Anyway, if you (...)   Re: LDView 3.1 on Mac OS X!

I'm delighted to see another developer supporting the Macintosh. (...) Yeah, LDraw/Unofficial just seemed like the logical choice. That was feature that went nowhere, though. I never even documented it, because I didn't think anyone else supported (...) (19 years ago, 27-Feb-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac, FTX)

Novel multiplexer: 12 outputs with potentially one motor

This showed up over on the NXTasy forums, and I thought it might be appreciated here as well. He used a motor to drive the power shaft through the center of a Technic turntable, and a second motor to turn the turntable to engage different sets of (...) (19 years ago, 27-Feb-07, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Motorized bulldozer complete

Thanks Eric and Doug! The shock is to hold the track taught at just the right perimeter. It also allows the track to turn smoothly. The dozer can twist in place (one track in reverse-one forward) on smooth surfaces, but can't do so on carpet since (...) (19 years ago, 27-Feb-07, to lugnet.technic, FTX)
