Re: Some idea of set release dates...

(...) Actually I tend to plan my spending around the clearance sales. For the most part I don't buy sets when they come out new unless they have a 20% off special at the start (like what happened with the big batmobile at target). The castle sets (...) (19 years ago, 7-Jan-07, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: My first train7 project

This is really nice! I particularly like the caged section on the end. The lighting works very well (it's as lego as the ones at miniland ; ) and the overall scene is also well composed. Great work! God Bless, Nathan (URL) (19 years ago, 7-Jan-07, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)

  My first train7 project

This is my first rtlToronto/train7 project (about two shows too late), an underground train station. Since the new layout has a +20 brick ground level, we have an underground layer (well, JeffVW and I do) which we can build stuff underneath. I think (...)   Re: Building help for set 392 Formula 1 racer

Dave, It looks to me as if that stack of 1x2, 1x2, 1x1 are centered on the back 2x3 plates (top and bottom) of the intake scoop, so simply close off the rear of the scoop. As to why they used a 1x1 on the top (or didn't just use a 1x1 or 1x2 brick), (...) (19 years ago, 7-Jan-07, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Improving the firmware?

Hi all, I doubt this will go through, as I've never been able to post anything to this group yet... I know that the group of us working on the Transterpreter[1] are actively interested in collaborating on such an effort. While the kinds of (...) (19 years ago, 7-Jan-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

Re: Prepare to cry: 2007 train pics

(...) Sure no problem. The 1/8in brass U channel I have used in the past is easily obtainable at most hobby shops. However I have found it in may other locations including ace hardware and hobby lobby. It’s even available in lengths up too 3 ft but (...) (19 years ago, 6-Jan-07, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: Warsaw Tram Lw #541

(...) Unfortunately adding another layer is not really an option (without changing the lines or altering the structure) but I took of the layer of clears and raised the windows by one and it looks better even if it loses the top windows.
